Support
Adviser builds a weekly training program from a few questions, then logs every set — offline, with no account. If something is not working, or you have an idea for the app, write to us.

Frequently asked
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
Neither. There is no sign-up, and the whole exercise catalog — 1,324 exercises with animations, instructions and muscle groups — ships inside the app. Adviser works in airplane mode.
Where is my data kept?
Only on your device. Your program, workouts, sets, body-weight entries, records and progress photos live in the app's own storage; we run no server for them and cannot see them. They are included in your iCloud or computer backups if you make those.
I am switching to a new iPhone — how do I keep my history?
Restore the new device from a backup of the old one and the app's data comes across with it. Adviser has no in-app export, and because nothing is stored on our servers we cannot recover a log that was lost with a device — so keep backups on.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Reset all data erases your profile, workouts, programs, history, records, favourites and settings; you confirm by typing DELETE. The exercise catalog stays, and entries already written to Apple Health are not removed — delete those in the Health app. Deleting Adviser removes everything it stores on the device.
Apple Health is not syncing
Health access is optional and granted per data type. Check iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Adviser, and turn on the switches you want in the app's Apple Health screen. Active energy is an estimate (5 MET × body mass × duration), not a measurement. Everything in the app works without Health.
Reminders do not arrive
Reminders are local notifications sent on your program days at the time you pick (6 PM by default). If nothing arrives, allow notifications in iOS Settings → Notifications → Adviser and check that a Focus mode is not silencing them.
Can I lock the progress photos?
Yes — the photo diary can be locked behind Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. The photos stay on the device and are never uploaded.
Units and languages
Weight can be shown in kilograms or pounds and height in centimetres or inches. The interface and the exercise instructions are available in English, Russian, Spanish, French and Italian, and the instruction language can differ from the interface language.
An exercise or a generated program looks wrong
Write to us with the exercise name or a screenshot of the program. Feedback on the generator — goal, level, equipment, days per week — is what makes the next version better.
Is Adviser medical advice?
No. Adviser is a training log and program generator, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new routine, and stop if something hurts.
